Message	Ask to see some documentation on the rebuild. If it was only 1000 miles ago the paperwork should still be readily acceessible. (if it was me it would still be sitting on my counter with the rest of my bills). Does it have good oil pressure? Run ECU diagnostics mode1 and mode2. Try resetting the ECU. Check injector voltages. Lots of fairly simple things that can be checked.
